A Walk In The Park
A quick rhyme that was inspired by (what else?) a walk in a park

A walk in the park is a walk through the park
In beauty of flowers and chirping of birds
In cries of the children and barking of dogs
Old couples – they sit or they walk arm in arm –
But few are in number versus single old ladies
Green grass and red poppies,
Green lake, rotten boats
Green outhouse – the sweet smell
Of decomposing feces.
A walk through the park.
